Friends of Dry Comal Creek & Stop 3009 Vulcan Quarry

We are a grassroots-driven organization opposed to Vulcan Materials; proposed 1500-acre open-pit mine being considered for an air quality permit by the TCEQ to be helicoptered into prime residential areas of central Comal County. Situated between Bulverde, Spring Branch, Garden Ridge, and New Braunfels, this industrial carcinogenic compound will impact the health and quality of life of Comal County residents for the next 80+ years.
